Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

Unused, unworn, unwashed items

Items with all original tags attached

Items returned within 7–14 days of delivery (insert your exact timeframe)

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

Bodysuits

Intimates / lingerie

Accessories (e.g., earrings, handbags, belts — optional based on your store rules)

Final sale or discounted items.

 

Return Process

Email us at sales@sterafashion.info to request a return authorization.

Include your order number, item, and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

AdaBelle does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

Refunds

Refunds are issued as soon as the item is received and inspected.

You will be notified via email whether your refund is approved or denied.

Refund method options:

Store credit (fastest)

Refund to original payment method(processing times vary by bank)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for the same item in a different size, based on availability.

If the item is sold out, we will process a store credit instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a store credit/refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not been processed or shipped.
